Living A Course in Miracles
At A Course in Miracles Devotional Center we are living the principles of A Course in Miracles, the metaphysics, the guidelines, and the practical application. Being together in ACIM Spiritual Community is a living experience of sharing in one purpose in order to experience awakening in mind and the presence of Love.

Our purpose at A Course in Miracles Devotional Center is a total experience of coming together in Truth in order to have a consistent experience of Peace in the Mind. We are immersed in the practical application of living A Course in Miracles (ACIM) and sharing the teachings of David Hoffmeister.

‘The Peace of God is my One Goal’ is our shared purpose and is the basis for our coming together and everything that we do. Jesus says: “Miracles are natural. When they do not occur, something has gone wrong.” Our purpose here is to focus on the promise of the miracle in the Present Moment acim.
Spiritual community is a fast track to this experience of Peace of Mind and we are a Center dedicated to the practical application of A Course in Miracles and the attainment of Peace. In choosing not to focus on the error in our brother, we are all learning how to be miracle-minded! This does not mean that we won’t see the error, however our purpose is to undo the ego and invite the experience of forgiveness to enter the mind.
We use guidelines of “no private thoughts” and “no people-pleasing” to facilitate the experience of forgiveness as we continually deepen together in trust and inspiration.
Around a period of eight years, Schucman transcribed what might become A Class in Miracles, amounting to three amounts: the Text, the Book for Students, and the Information for Teachers. The Text lies out the theoretical basis of the program, elaborating on the core methods and principles. The Book for Students includes 365 instructions, one for each time of the year, designed to guide the audience by way of a daily practice of using the course’s teachings. The Guide for Educators gives further guidance on how to understand and show the axioms of A Program in Wonders to others.
Among the main themes of A Class in Wonders is the notion of forgiveness. The class teaches that correct forgiveness is the important thing to inner peace and awareness to one’s heavenly nature. According to its teachings, forgiveness isn’t only a moral or honest training but a basic change in perception. It requires letting move of judgments, issues, and the understanding of failure, and as an alternative, seeing the world and oneself through the lens of love and acceptance. A Class in Miracles stresses that true forgiveness leads to the recognition that people are interconnected and that separation from one another is definitely an illusion.
Yet another significant facet of A Program in Wonders is its metaphysical foundation. The course gifts a dualistic see of fact, distinguishing between the pride, which represents separation, concern, and illusions, and the Holy Soul, which symbolizes enjoy, reality, and spiritual guidance. It shows that the ego is the foundation of suffering and struggle, whilst the Sacred Spirit provides a pathway to healing and awakening. The target of the program is to greatly help persons transcend the ego’s confined perception and align with the Sacred Spirit’s guidance.
A Program in Wonders also presents the idea of wonders, which are recognized as shifts in belief that come from a place of enjoy and forgiveness. Miracles, in that situation, are not supernatural events but alternatively activities where persons see the reality in someone beyond their confidence and limitations.
